Hampshire Property Group is seeking an experienced Park Manager to lead Barling's Beach Holiday Park on NSW's south coast. You will own day-to-day operations, drive occupancy and guest satisfaction, and develop a capable team across reception, maintenance and services.

This hands-on role offers in office accommodation and utilities as part of the package, with support from Head Office and a values-led organisation. Weekend/evening flexibility is required to meet guest needs.
