We are currently recruiting seasonal operators and farm hands to support harvest programs across several large-scale broadacre cropping operations throughout Australia.

These roles will work as part of farm teams during the upcoming **** harvest season, operating modern machinery and supporting day-to-day harvest activities.
Key Responsibilities n
n
Operate broadacre harvest machinery, including headers, tractors and support equipment
n
Operate chaser bins and grain handling equipment
n
Assist with grain cartage, storage and general harvest operations
n
Support general farm activities as required
n
Work safely as part of a team during busy harvest operations
n
About You n
We are looking for motivated and reliable people who enjoy working in a hands-on agricultural environment. You might be a seasoned harvest worker, or just starting out.
n
Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:
n
n
Header operation
n
Chaser bin operation
n
Grain handling
n
Tractor or machinery operation
n
Previous broadacre cropping or harvest experience
n
You Will Also Have n
n
A strong work ethic and ability to work extended hours during harvest
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n




A valid driver's licence and Australian Working Rights
n
Willingness to work in regional locations
n
Previous experience using John Deere Ops Centre - Desirable
n
