As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of JFK's works on site, working closely with Project Managers, Production Manager, factory team, installers, subcontractors, builders and other trades. This is a senior position managing large-scale commercial interior fit-out and architectural joinery projects across Melbourne.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Managing joinery installation works from commencement through to completion and handover
n
Leading installers, labourers and subcontractors on site
n
Planning and coordinating daily and weekly installation requirements
n
Working closely with Project Managers to ensure programme dates and milestones are achieved
n
Reviewing drawings, site conditions and installation requirements before works commence
n
Identifying potential issues early and driving practical solutions
n
Coordinating site deliveries, labour, access and materials
n
Monitoring quality and ensuring works are completed to JFK standards
n
Managing defects and project close-out
n
Liaising professionally with builders, site managers, clients, consultants and other trades
n

About you
n
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Manager,



Site Supervisor or senior installation management role
n
Strong commercial joinery, shopfitting or architectural joinery experience
n
Experience managing large or complex commercial joinery installations
n
Proven experience leading installation teams and subcontractors
n
Strong understanding of architectural and joinery drawings
n
Experience working on large commercial construction sites
n
Good understanding of construction sequencing, programming and site coordination
n
Strong quality control and defect management experience
n
Current driver's licence
n
Construction White Card
n
