About Us: OROSI Architecture is seeking a full time Architectural Draftsperson to join their team.
Key Responsibilities: n
n
Preparing detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for buildings and structures.
n
Preparing detailed architectural drawings, technical detailing and specifications for multi-residential buildings and structures
n
Translating architects' concepts and designs into exact technical documentation
n
Assisting in the preparation and coordination of project documentation for statutory approvals
n
Producing models and visual representations of designs using CAD software
n
Conducting site inspections and assisting with project documentation
n
Liaising with architects, engineers,



consultants and clients to ensure smooth project progression
n
Ensuring compliance with the National Construction Code, Australian Standards and relevant council requirements
n
Skills and Experience Requirements: n
n
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in architectural drafting or a related field.
n
Relevant qualification in Architectural Drafting, Building Design, or similar (e.g., Certificate IV in Building Design, Diploma in Architectural Technology).
n
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and Microsoft Office Suite.
n
Strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work to deadlines.
n
Good communication and teamwork skills.
