Are you an ambitious Financial Adviser who enjoys building relationships, winning new clients and growing a high-quality advice book?

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a large, established and growing financial services businesswith a significant existing client base and a highly successful advice division.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Adviser with approximately 2–10+ years of experiencewho has developed strong technical foundations and is now looking for a platform where they can accelerate their career and earning potential.
n
Unlike many Adviser roles, you won't be expected to generate every opportunity yourself. The business has a strong lead-generation model and an extensive existing client base, providing Advisers with a consistent pipeline of opportunities.

The Opportunity

You will inherit an existing client book,
n
You will provide holistic strategic advice across areas including:
n
n
Superannuation and retirement planning
n
Investments and wealth creation
n
Personal insurance
n
SMSFs
n
Strategic financial planning
n
Ongoing wealth management and client reviews
n
n
Exceptional Earning Potential
n
A highly attractive performance bonus structure, providing the opportunity to earn 40% above your validation hurdle.
n
For high-performing Advisers who successfully build and manage their client base,



the earning potential is substantial.

About You
n
n
Has approximately 2–10+ years' experience as a Financial Adviser
n
Is appropriately qualified to provide financial advice in Australia
n
Has solid holistic financial planning knowledge
n
Is confident conducting client meetings and presenting advice
n
Has a commercial, growth-focused mindset
n
Enjoys converting new client opportunities and developing relationships
n
Is motivated by performance and financial reward
n
Wants to build a substantial long-term client portfolio
n
n
You do not need to bring a client book with you.
n
What is important is having the drive, communication skills and ability to convert opportunities when they are provided.
