The Role

Thursday: 7:00pm – 7:00am Friday

Friday: 7:00pm – 7:00am Saturday

Base rate: $***** per hour

The Opportunity
n
Working as part of a highly experienced maintenance team, you will be responsible for keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently across a busy food manufacturing environment.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preventative and reactive maintenance
n
Breakdown troubleshooting and repairs
n
Mechanical fault finding
n
Conveyor, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, pneumatics and hydraulics
n
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
n
Ensuring plant and equipment operates safely and reliably
n
n

About You
n

Trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter / Mechanical Fitter
n
Previous experience in food, FMCG or fast paced manufacturing
n
Strong mechanical fault-finding ability
n
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
n
Strong focus on safety and preventative maintenance
n
Reliable and looking for a long-term opportunity
