We are seeking a caring, confident and experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our clinical team on a permanent part time basis.
n
This is an exciting opportunity for an Enrolled Nurse to take responsibility for the clinical coordination of a designated resident unit while working collaboratively with our Registered Nurses and Personal Care Assistants to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

About the Role
n
n
Coordinate the day-to-day clinical care and operations of a designated resident unit during your shift.
n
Provide leadership, guidance and support to Personal Care Assistants within your allocated unit.
n
Deliver nursing care within your scope of practice under the supervision and direction of the Registered Nurse.
n
Administer medications (where appropriately endorsed).
n
Monitor residents' health and wellbeing and promptly report changes in condition to the Registered Nurse.
n
Assist with clinical assessments, care planning, documentation and evaluations.
n
Ensure care is delivered in accordance with organisational policies,



professional standards and legislative requirements.
n
Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, General Practitioners and Allied Health professionals.
n
Participate in quality improvement activities and ongoing professional development.
n
Promote a secure, caring and positive environment for residents, families and colleagues.
n

About You
n
n
Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
n
Medication endorsement (where applicable).
n
Experience in residential aged care (preferred).
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Commitment to delivering person-centred care.
n
Demonstrated ability to coordinate the day-to-day operations of a resident unit and provide leadership to Personal Care Assistants.
n
Ability to prioritise workloads, coordinate care delivery and make sound clinical decisions within scope of practice.
n
Well-developed organisational, communication and leadership skills.
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or ability to obtain).
n
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
n
Evidence of required vaccinations.
n
