Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a leading engineering team specializing in advanced filtration and process technology for the global beverage industry.

You'll play a key role in designing, developing and delivering innovative process equipment used by premium beverage producers across Australia and internationally. This is a hands-on role where you'll take projects from concept through to commissioning while driving continuous improvement across cutting-edge process systems.

Key Responsibilities
n

Lead the design, specification and commissioning of filtration skids, distillation and refrigeration systems.
n
Create 3D mechanical models and fabrication drawings using SolidWorks.
n
Develop P&IDs;, technical documentation and functional design specifications.
n
Manage equipment suppliers and support project delivery, budgets and timelines.
n
Review control system and electrical designs to ensure safety and process compliance.
n
Analyse plant performance data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reliability and productivity.
n
Support the installation, commissioning and handover of new equipment.
n
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions.

Requirements
n
n




Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or a related discipline).
n
Minimum 5 years' experience in mechanical or process engineering within the beverage, liquid processing or filtration industries.
n
Strong SolidWorks design and 3D modelling experience.
n
Sound knowledge of process equipment, hydraulics, pneumatics and industrial mechanical systems.
n
Proven ability to solve complex engineering problems and deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
n
Knowledge of Australian Standards and equipment compliance requirements.
n
Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
