These roles ensure clinical care is delivered in accordance with skilled standards, organisational policies, and the Aged Care Quality Standards.

There are two fortnightly rosters available with all shifts from ***********:

Week 1 - Mon, Tues, Wed and Sun, Week 2 - Mon, Tue and Sun
n
Week 1 - Thurs, Fri and Sat, Week 2 - Wed, Thu, Fri, and Sat
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care to residents
n
Identify clinical observations and changes in resident condition promptly and report accurately to the Registered Nurse in Charge
n
Perform medication administration safely, within scope of practice, and in full compliance with standards
n
Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and meets legal and organisational requirements
n
Support residents and families to improve understanding of health conditions and care plans
n
Communicate effectively to support coordinated, continuous care within the multidisciplinary team and with the Registered Nurse in Charge
n
Contribute to quality and safety improvements, including falls prevention and infection control
n

About you
n
n
Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent) and current enrolment as an Enrolled Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
n
Demonstrated clinical nursing experience, preferably within aged care or a related healthcare setting
n
Current CPR certification
n




Medication endorsement (Certificate IV in Administration of Medication or NMBA-approved equivalent program)
n
Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, infection prevention and control practices, and clinical risk management relevant to the Enrolled Nurse scope of practice
n
Commitment to safe, person-centred, and evidence-based practice
n
Proficient in clinical documentation and use of electronic care management systems
n
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with families and other stakeholders
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
n
Evidence of current Influenza Vaccination, COVID-19 vaccination and booster

Manor Court is a 100-bed residential aged care home. Manor Court was established as a not-for-profit organisation by the Rotary Club of Werribee in ****. Since then, Manor Court has expanded its services to meet the changing needs of the community while maintaining its roots as a community-focused alternative for residents. We offer permanent, respite, and dementia care as well as some disability services through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our home is located a short walk from Werribee Station, numerous bus stops and the local shopping precinct. We are a community-owned, not-for-profit entity and employ passionate, trained and motivated individuals who share our main goal of providing high-quality care to our residents.
