An exciting opportunity for an experienced Paraplanning Manager to take the lead in a growing financial planning team based in Hawthorn.
This role is ideal for a highly experienced paraplanner who enjoys mentoring, managing workflow and supporting a high-performing team, including an offshore paraplanning function.
The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing paraplanning workflow across the wider financial planning team while providing guidance, mentoring and support to the offshore paraplanning team.
About You:
7+ years’ experience in paraplanning
Previous management or team leadership experience
Proven experience working with and managing an offshore paraplanning team
Solid understanding of financial planning processes and compliance
Excellent organisational and workflow management skills
Confident communicator with the ability to mentor and develop others
