Our client, the leader in Australia's multi-unit urban development and construction sector, is seeking skilled and motivated individuals with experience across prefabrication, carpentry, joinery, fit-outs, and factory-based workshop roles.

These hands-on roles are ideal for qualified or non-trade qualified carpenters, cabinet makers, shopfitters, or individuals with solid construction backgrounds who are looking for stable, manufacturing work in a dynamic and supportive setting.

Based at their up-to-date Laverton site, these are casual to permanent opportunities with full time hours available on commencement. These are day and afternoon shift opportunities (Monday-Friday) 7:00am- 3:21pm & 3pm - 11.20pm where a solid work ethic, reliability and a team work will see you rewarded with ongoing work, and the potential for permanency.





Key Requirements
Carpentry, joinery, or related trade and non-trade experience highly regarded
Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
Confident interpreting basic plans, shop drawings, or blueprints
Proven ability to meet production deadlines
Reliable, team-oriented attitude
Transparent and effective communication skills
Commitment to full-time work
Strong awareness of workplace safety and compliance with OHS standards
