Service Advisor / Customer Service Officer

Are you looking for a new start with a locally owned company? McRae Motors Wodonga is a large multi franchised family operated motor dealership covering the greater Albury-Wodonga area. We are now seeking the right candidate, with a strong focus on customer service, to join our successful Service team in the role of Service Advisor / Customer Service Officer.

Reporting to the Service Manager your day to day duties will include:

n

n
Acting as the main point of contact for all customer enquiries
n
Greeting customers face to face and over the phone
n
Writing and invoicing customer paperwork in a timely manner
n
Following up and liaising with customers about their car servicing requirements
n
Updating customers on their service or repair work throughout the day
n
Booking customers into our computer system for servicing and repair work
n
Follow our internal processes and procedures
n

n

The successful applicant must have:

n

n




Excellent communication skills oral and written
n
Be punctual with a solid work ethic
n
Able to meet timelines and work in a busy environment
n
Be able to start at 7.30 am Monday to Friday
n
Previous experience, while not necessary will be viewed favourably
n
Effective time management, with the ability to multi-task
n
