Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a general practice setting

Support GPs with clinical duties such as immunisations, wound care, and chronic disease management

Coordinate patient care and assist with health assessments and care plans
n
Contribute to health education and promotion within the community

About You
n

AHPRA-registered Registered Nurse with a passion for community healthcare
n
Knowledge of general practice nursing and an understanding of chronic disease management
n
Robust communication and teamwork skills
n
Accomplished at managing patient care and building rapport with patients
n
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
n
