In this role you will: work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and medical teams.
Key responsibilities n
n
As an Enrolled Nurse within the Surgical Wards at Lyell McEwin and Modbury Hospitals, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients undergoing a wide range of surgical procedures.
n
Working under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will contribute to the assessment, planning and delivery of nursing care, supporting patients throughout their surgical journey from admission through to recovery and discharge.
n
As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional patient care whilst working alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams in a supportive, collaborative environment.
n
Working alongside surgeons, anaesthetists, nurses, allied health professionals and support staff,



you will care for patients with a diverse range of clinical needs in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork, professionalism and continuous improvement.

What you need n

You are a compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurse who is committed to delivering secure, person-centred care.
n
You thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment, work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and bring strong communication and clinical assessment skills to your practice.
n
You are confident in recognising and escalating changes in patient condition, keen to continually develop your skills, and dedicated to supporting positive patient experiences and outcomes.
