The Victorian Curriculum & Assessment Authority (VCAA) invites applications for a Technology Advisor in the Assessment Division.
The role maintains Helpdesk systems (Salesforce CRM, Power BI and Asana), handles data imports, and generates dashboards to support assessment operations across Victoria.
Based at 189 Urquhart Street, Coburg, it requires occasional after-hours work during peak periods.
You will analyse data to inform service improvement, provide system guidance, and support colleagues
