Arlo, a vibrant coastal pasta and wine bar in Portarlington, is seeking a passionate sous chef to join our strong kitchen team.
You'll support the Head Chef with menu execution, pasta production, and maintaining high standards in a rapid-paced service.
Must have proven sous chef experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to using fresh, local ingredients.
Availability for evenings and weekends aligns with our Wed-Sun service.
