Mallee Track Health and Community Service is seeking a District Nurse to support home-based care for clients in the Ouyen area.
The role involves assessing, planning and delivering nursing care in clients' homes, coordinating with the MT@Home team and family/carers to maintain independence and wellbeing.
You will bring current RN registration with AHPRA, solid clinical nursing skills in wound care, and experience in rural health.
