Job Description
Mills Oakley is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Melbourne Intellectual Property team, focusing on strategic IP counsel for local and international clients.
You will manage a broad portfolio including brands, designs and copyright, and work on disputes and enforcement with senior practitioners.
The ideal candidate has 5-8 years PQE in IP, strong trademark practice, and excellent drafting and client-management skills in a team-oriented, supportive environment.
