We have an opportunity for aJCB Service Coordinatorto join our team inTruganina.
You'll be a key point of contact for customers, coordinating service work for our field technicians and keeping repairs, breakdowns and scheduled maintenance on track.
What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day:
Coordinatepreventative maintenance, breakdowns, repairs and scheduled servicing
Schedule work forfield service technicians, balancing customer needs, technician availability and travel time
Provideregular, proactive updatesto customers on technician attendance, parts delays and job progress
Raise and manage service jobs, following up open jobs through to completion
Prepareservice and repair quotationsand follow up with customers
Review completed jobs for accurate parts and labour before invoicing
Work closely with technicians, supervisors,



the parts team and subcontractors to deliver timely service

What We're Looking For:
Experience in acustomer-focused service coordination or maintenance schedulingrole
Experience schedulingtechnicians, tradespeople or a small field team
A background inconstruction equipment, materials handling, heavy vehicles or automotivewould be advantageous
Strongplanning, prioritisation and problem-solving skills
A confident communicator who can keep customers informed in afast-paced environment
Strong administrative andMicrosoft Officeskills
