Job Description

Element Martial Arts in Gepps Cross, SA, is seeking an experienced Lead Manager to run the gym's operations, systems and team. You will translate strategic priorities into day-to-day execution, supporting staff and delivering an outstanding member experience.

This full time role offers a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 plus quarterly bonuses, a 38-hour week with core hours 10:00am–6:00pm Mon-Thu and a Friday or Saturday optional day, plus adaptable daytime arrangements.
