As a Duty Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring every shift runs smoothly while your team feels supported, motivated and set up to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include: n

Lead the floor,



driving guest experience and team culture as a hands-on manager
n
Coach and support Food & Beverage Supervisors/Attendants to perform at their best
n
Manage wages, comps and wastage while maintaining high venue presentation standards
n
Identify and report safety hazards, incidents and near misses
n
Act as a brand ambassador with strong product knowledge and connection to the brewery story
n

What we are looking for: n

n
Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a busy hospitality venue
n
A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
n
Robust leadership and communication skills
