Paramount Pictures in Sydney is seeking an experienced Softlines Licensing Manager to drive revenue growth and safeguard brand integrity across a diverse portfolio. You will oversee licensee partnerships, identify current prospects, and ensure maximum impact across key categories.

Reporting to the ANZ Director, you will negotiate licensing agreements, analyse market trends, collaborate with regional and global teams, and lead annual business reviews.
