What you'll work on:

Property valuation assignments
n
CGT-related property matters
n
Historical property analysis
n
Renovation and improvement evidence
n
Residential and commercial property
n
Property research
n
Specialist property advisory
n
Accountant and client enquiries
n
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
Undertake property research
n
Inspect properties where required
n
Analyse comparable evidence
n
Prepare professional valuation and advisory reports
n
Work alongside Quantity Surveyors
n
Liaise with accountants, advisers and property owners
n
Maintain appropriate skilled standards
n
Help Koste develop its valuation and property advisory capability
n
n
Experience:
n
n
Strong property-market knowledge
n
Strong report-writing capability
n
Analytical judgement
n
Client-facing skills
n
Understanding of property taxation is advantageous.
n
n
Qualifications:
n
Relevant valuation qualification and appropriate registration or accreditation for the work undertaken. No specific CPV or RPV requirement is stated at this stage.
