Key responsibilities

Planning and coordinating project activities and resources
n
Developing and maintaining short and medium-term construction programs
n
Managing subcontractors, suppliers and procurement activities
n
Monitoring costs, productivity and project performance
n
Managing quality assurance documentation and compliance requirements
n
Supporting health, safety and environmental initiatives across projects
n
Liaising with clients, authorities, utility providers and key stakeholders
n
Reviewing project documentation and resolving technical issues
n
Assisting with project forecasting, cost-to-complete reporting and monthly financial reviews
n
Supporting tendering, methodology development and project planning activities
n
n
About you
n
n
Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification
n
Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in civil construction
n
Strong understanding of project delivery, construction methodologies and contract administration




n
Experience managing subcontractors and stakeholder relationships
n
Sound commercial and financial acumen
n
Excellent planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
n
Strong communication and leadership capabilities
n
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
n
Current driver's licence
n
