Job Description
The Malvern Hotel in Melbourne seeks an experienced hospitality supervisor to lead frontline service. You will deliver exceptional customer service, mentor staff, and ensure smooth daily operations in a busy venue.

Requirements include 1–2 years of hospitality supervisory experience, RSA certification, and competency in cocktail prep, wine service, beer systems, POS operations, cash handling, and stock management. Weekend availability is essential.
