Job Description
We are seeking Supervisor for various project across Victoria and NSW
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Program and coordinate site activities to ensure safe and efficient project delivery
n
Management of site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers
n
Develop and maintain solid working relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders
n
Monitor daily targets and required production rates for site activities
n
Manage project resources and maintain accurate daily site records and reporting
n
Ensure works are completed in accordance with approved quality plans, ITPs, specifications and project requirements
n
Champion compliance with ACE's HSE requirements to promote a strong safety culture
n
n
To be considered for this role you will need to have the following:

Excellent interpersonal and management skills
n
Working within a structured project team
n
Supervisor/Leading hand experience
n
An absolute focus on safe working methods
n
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
n
Holds a White card
n
Demonstrated knowledge of civil construction, civil infrastructure and building with current technologies with focus on
n
Utility works – water, sewer, stormwater, electrical underground installations and trench works
n
Earthworks & earthmoving equipment (preference to have few tickets)
n
Pavement construction
