Responsibilities

Conduct incoming material inspections and testing, verifying specifications, supplier, batch/lot details and documentation for full traceability.
n
Manage material status and traceability, accurately record results, and raise NCRs for nonconforming materials.
n
Support material investigations by gathering samples, production data, photographs and traceability evidence.
n
Support production trials, material comparisons, replacement materials and controlled material changes.
n
Monitor recurring material issues, identify trends and highlight quality risks and improvement opportunities.
n
Collaborate with local teams and overseas stakeholders to communicate quality findings, resolve material issues and support investigations.
n

What you will bring
n

A Certificate, Diploma, secondary educationor equivalent
practicalexperience
in Quality, Materials, Manufacturing, Laboratory or arelated technical field.
n
Practical experiencein sampling, inspection,basic material testing, NCRs, material statuscontrol and traceability.
n
Confidence operating routineinspection and
laboratoryequipment
in linewith approved procedures.
n




Strong attention todetail with accurateERP/QMS dataentry, record keepingand basic dataanalysis.
n
A structured andevidence-based approachto investigating materialand production issues.
n
Strong communication andcollaboration skills, withthe confidence towork across multipleteams.
n
The judgement andconfidence to identify, hold or
rejectnonconforming
materials.
