An opportunity has presented itself for a Sales Manager to join our intermodal team in Melbourne.
What You'll Do n
Lead the growth and retention of Pacific National's Intermodal customer portfolio, developing strategic partnerships and delivering commercial outcomes that support our long-term business objectives.
n
Reporting to the Senior Manager – Sales and Customer Service you will:
n

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
n
Identify market opportunities and lead business development initiatives
n
Negotiate commercial agreements and manage contract renewals
n
Collaborate with operational and customer service teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
n
Monitor market trends, competitor activity,



and industry developments to support strategic decision-making
n
What You'll Bring n
n
Proven experience in a sales leadership, business development, or account management role
n
Robust commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver revenue outcomes
n
Experience managing complex customer relationships and negotiations
n
Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills
n
A customer-focused mindset and passion for building long-term partnerships
n
Experience within transport, logistics, supply chain, freight, or related industries will be highly regarded
n
