Job Description
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join a leading premium bridal retailer in Rosebery. This newly created role has been established to support continued business growth and provide additional leadership within a high-performing store environment.

Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while coaching and developing a team of stylists. This is a highly consultative retail environment where customers are making one of the most significant purchasing decisions of their lives.

You will be responsible for supporting sales performance, leading the team on the floor, ensuring appointments run seamlessly, and creating memorable customer experiences from start to finish.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES

Lead the sales floor during bridal appointments and customer consultations
n
Coach, mentor and support stylists to maximise performance and sales conversions
n
Manage customer and family dynamics to ensure a seamless and positive experience
n




Drive sales results and support the team in achieving conversion and revenue targets
n
Assist with store operations including reporting, audits, customer reviews and team communication
n
Ensure appointments run efficiently and deliver exceptional service standards
n

KEY REQUIREMENTS
n
n
Previous retail leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager or similar
n
Strong coaching, mentoring and people leadership skills
n
Proven ability to drive sales performance and achieve KPIs
n
