Are you an experienced early childhood educator ready to take the next step in your career? Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten is looking for a passionate and confident Room Leader to join our team at Tarneit Sayers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced educator who can create a welcoming, engaging and well-organised room environment while supporting and mentoring a team of educators.

About the Role
n
As our Room Leader for the Toddler 2–3 years room, you will play a key role in creating a high-quality learning environment where every child feels supported, valued and encouraged to thrive.
n
n
Leading and supporting the day-to-day operations of the room
n
Creating a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment
n
Developing strong relationships with children, families and your team
n
Supporting children with additional needs and challenging behaviours
n
Coaching and mentoring educators to build confidence and capability
n
Working collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team to maintain high-quality outcomes
n
Supporting the development and implementation of engaging programs based on children's interests and individual needs
n
Maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming room environment
n
Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations
n
n
About You
n




We're looking for an experienced and confident educator who is ready to lead from the front. You will ideally have:
n
n
5+ years' experience in early childhood education
n
Previous Room Leader or leadership experience
n
Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Framework
n
Experience supporting children with additional needs and challenging behaviours
n
The ability to create and maintain a strong room environment
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
A genuine passion for coaching, mentoring and developing other educators
n
A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
n
