Job Description
Carlton Railway Medical Centre and Carlton UCC are seeking an experienced Lead Nurse to oversee both our GP and in office urgent care clinic, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will lead a dedicated, multicultural nursing team, drive clinical governance, and collaborate with GPs and allied health professionals to deliver integrated services.
