Up to $80K + Super

Great hours - 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

Saturdays on rotation

Explicit progression from Leasing into Property Management or Sales

Work across an established **** + property rent roll

Support from a PM Assistant with condition reports

Established systems and processes

The Role
n
You'll manage leasing across a large and established rent roll. Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Conducting approximately 10 open for inspections per week
n




Managing prospective tenant enquiries and applications
n
Liaising with renters and Property Managers throughout the leasing process
n
Completing condition reports, with support from a PM Assistant
n
Coordinating leasing activity across the portfolio
n
Providing a high level of service to prospective renters and clients
n
Keeping leasing records and systems up to date
n
Working with PropertyMe, Inspection Express and Inspect Real Estate
n
n
About You
n
You must have Real estate experience to be considered for this role.
n
n
A current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
n
Previous leasing or property experience
n
Strong communication and people skills
n
Great organisation and time management
n
Confidence working independently and managing a busy schedule
n
A positive, team-focused attitude
n
n
