We're looking for an experienced
Duty Manager with gaming experience
to join The Old Noarlunga. If you enjoy leading a team, delivering great service and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we'd love to hear from you.

Up to 30 hours per week
, with the potential for full-time employment in the future for the right candidate.
n
Immediate start available.
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support day-to-day operations across the gaming room, TAB, lotteries, bar and bistro;
n
Lead by example, supporting the team throughout each shift;
n
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly;
n
Build positive relationships with team members, locals and visitors;
n
Deliver excellent customer service and assist across the bar when required; and
n
Help create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable setting for guests and staff.
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Current RSA and Advanced Gaming qualifications - essential;
n
An RP badge - advantageous;
n
A minimum of two years' gaming experience - highly regarded;
n
A confident,



friendly approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team;
n
Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and late nights; and
n
A positive, hands-on attitude with a focus on building a great team culture.
