Job Description
City FM Australia is seeking a customer service representative to support Coles, joining a fast-paced skilled team on a full-time permanent basis.
The role runs Monday to Friday, 7am–7pm on a rotating roster, in a contemporary in office building with free parking.
You will manage a high volume of calls and build rapport with customers while delivering exceptional service.
