Job Description

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Clinical Educator to join our team on a permanent full time basis. The role is flexibly based across HammondCare locations with hybrid work between home and office, and regular travel to support teams and services.

You will deliver evidence-based clinical education, coach in-field practice, and help staff adopt current procedures safely. AHPRA-registered nurses with training delivery experience are preferred.
