The Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated Component Repair & Overhaul Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team based in Clontarf, QLD.
n

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Perform component tear-down, inspection, repair, modification, testing and reassembly
n
Conduct component maintenance, including assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and testing
n




Carry out component repair and overhaul activities both on and off-wing
n
Investigate defects identified during inspection and testing, and implement corrective actions
n
Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure efficient processing of sub-components and resolution of technical issues
n
Interpret and apply OEM documentation and airworthiness requirements
n
Maintain a strong working knowledge of regulatory documentation (ADs, ASBs, TBs, STCs, and engineering orders)
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including workshop layout optimisation and process enhancements
n
Support quotations, proposals, and compliance programs
n
Maintain tools, equipment, and documentation to a high standard
n
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and company policies
n

About You
n
n
Proven experience in component repair and overhaul maintenance
n
Working knowledge of CASA regulations and industry standards
n
Experience within a CAR 30 and/or Part 145 environment (highly regarded)
n
Strong ability to interpret technical manuals and engineering data
n
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
n
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
n
Strong problem-solving capability and initiative
n
Effective communication and teamwork skills
n
A genuine passion for aviation and delivering quality outcomes
n
Willingness to continue learning and developing within the role
