Are you an experienced bookkeeper looking to join a agile and growing real estate agency? Reliance Real Estate Werribee is seeking a part time Bookkeeper to join our team in Werribee, VIC 3030. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our small real estate practice.

What you'll be doing
Handling accounts payable and receivable, including issuing invoices and processing payments
Reconciling bank and credit card statements
Maintaining the general ledger and preparing financial reports
Assisting with payroll processing and superannuation compliance
Ensuring all bookkeeping activities adhere to relevant accounting standards and regulations

What we're looking for
Relevant tertiary qualification in accounting or bookkeeping
Experience as a bookkeeper, preferably in a small business or real estate setting
Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
Proficiency in Xero bookkeeping software is required




Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and customer service skills
Thorough understanding of accounting principles and taxation requirements
Australian work rights are required for this position
