Job Description

POP MART OCEANIA PTY LTD in Sydney seeks an experienced HR Generalist to support our Australia and Recent Zealand business. The role blends business partnering, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement and office administration to keep people processes running smoothly.

You will partner with managers and employees, manage onboarding and offboarding in Workday, coordinate payroll with ADP, and drive initiatives to improve the employee experience across retail and corporate teams.
