Gorski Engineering is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team in Somerton, VIC. This full time role will be responsible for managing accounts payable and supporting the day-to-day finance and administration functions of our manufacturing business.

What you'll be doing
Process and enter supplier invoices
Match invoices against purchase orders and delivery documentation
Prepare supplier payment runs
Reconcile supplier statements and accounts
Manage supplier queries and resolve invoice discrepancies
Maintain accurate accounts payable records
Assist with credit card and expense reconciliations
Liaise with Purchasing, Stores and other departments




Provide general accounts and administration support

What we're looking for
Previous Accounts Payable experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time-management skills
Experience with Xero or similar accounting software
Good Microsoft Excel and computer skills
Confident communication with suppliers and internal staff
Ability to manage a high volume of invoices and competing priorities
Manufacturing or engineering industry experience highly regarded
