The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced
Specialist/Consultant
Anaesthetist to deliver high-quality anaesthetic, perioperative and pain-management services within a supportive multidisciplinary workplace.
n You will work alongside salaried specialists and Visiting Medical Officers, contributing to clinical care, education, service development and clinical governance.
n

Essential Requirements
n
To be considered for this position, you will require:
n
n
Specialist registration, or eligibility for specialist registration, with AHPRA
n
FANZCA or an equivalent specialist qualification
n
Experience practising independently as a Specialist Anaesthetist
n
A strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety and quality improvement
n
Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
n
Experience supervising, teaching and mentoring junior medical staff
n
n
Internationally qualified Specialist Anaesthetists assessed as substantially comparable, or who may be eligible through the Expedited Specialist Pathway, are encouraged to apply.
