What you'll be doing
As a psychologist with Thallo Health Collective, you'll provide high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention to a diverse range of clients across the lifespan.
Your role will include:
Conductingcomprehensive psychological assessments, including clinical interviewing, diagnostic assessment, risk assessment and psychological formulation.
Developingindividualised, trauma-informed treatment plansbased on client needs, goals and clinical presentation.
Delivering evidence-based psychological interventions across a range of presentations, using modalities you are trained and experienced in, with preferred training in one or more of the following:
CBT
ACT
DBT
RO-DBT
Schema Therapy
EMDR
Working with a diverse range of presentations, and across the lifespan,
depending on your experience and areas of interest.
Monitoring and evaluatingclient progress and treatment outcomes, reviewing goals and adapting interventions as clinically indicated.
Maintainingdetailed, accurate and timely clinical records, including case notes, treatment plans, risk assessments, outcome measures and reports.
Collaborating effectively withGPs, psychiatrists, allied health professionals, support coordinators, families and other relevant professionalsto promote coordinated and holistic care.
Participating inpeer consultation, case discussions and clinical collaborationwithin the team.
Engaging in regularprofessional supervision and ongoing professional development.
Managing aflexible and capped caseloadwhile maintaining high-quality, ethical and client-centred care.
Completing clinical and administrative requirements associated with the role, withadministrative support includedto help you focus on clinical work.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a psychologist who iswarm, clinically capable and committed to providing high‐quality, evidence‐based care.
You'll bring currentAHPRA registration, experience deliveringevidence‐based, trauma‐informed psychological assessment and therapy, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
You'll be comfortable working withdiverse client populations and a broad range of presenting concerns, with the ability to build genuine therapeutic relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.
A strong commitment toethical and professional practice in accordance with the AHPRA Code of Conductis essential.
