Programmed is currently seeking reliable and motivated Factory Hands to join a leading manufacturing operation based in Campbellfield.

n

These positions are for an immediate start, working Monday to Friday across day and afternoon shifts within a fast-paced production workplace. The role involves hands-on work across packing lines, palletising and general factory duties.

n

About your new role:

Production line packing and assembly work
n
Packing, labelling and scanning products
n
Building and making boxes for dispatch
n
Palletising finished goods
n
Using tape guns and basic packing equipment
n
Maintaining accuracy and quality control on the line
n
Following safety procedures and production standards
n
General housekeeping and warehouse support duties
n

About you:

Previous experience in production line or packing roles (essential)
n
Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual work
n
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
n
High attention to detail and positive organisational skills
n
Reliable with a strong work ethic
n
Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced workplace'
n
Comfortable completing pre-start inductions prior to commencement
n
