Chameleon Care Group is a nurse-led NDIS provider looking for experienced, compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team across Sydney. We focus on providing safe, respectful and genuinely person-centred care in people's own homes and communities.

Key responsibilities

Personal care, showering, dressing and grooming
n
Toileting and continence support
n
Manual handling and safe transfers
n
Mobility assistance
n
Meal preparation and assistance with eating and drinking
n
Domestic assistance and maintaining a protected home environment
n
Community access and appointments
n
Medication support within your scope and training
n
Following individual care plans and clinical recommendations
n
Accurate documentation and reporting
n

About you
n
n
Experienced Disability Support Workers or university students currently studying Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Paramedicine, Psychology, Social Work,



or other relevant health or disability-related disciplines
n
Former nurses considering returning to care
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
Working With Children Check where required
n
Current First Aid certificate
n
Current CPR certificate
n
Infection Prevention and Control training
n
Manual Handling training
n
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
