ABOUT THE ROLE
Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction.
Provide styling advice and product knowledge to help customers discover pieces that fit their lifestyle
Building genuine relationships with customers and delivering a high level of service




Maintaining an elevated store environment through visual merchandising, stock management and presentation standards
Processing transactions accurately through point-of-sale systems
Working collaboratively with the Seed Heritage and Myer teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Previous experience in fashion retail or a customer-focused environment
A passion for fashion, styling and the Seed Heritage aesthetic
A customer-first mindset with the ability to build genuine relationships
Confidence using point-of-sale systems and managing customer transactions
Strong attention to detail and an appreciation for visual presentation
Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative approach
