We are seeking an experienced Estimator, or a trade qualified (like a Carpenter) looking to transition your in office knowledge into an office.

n

You will be the backbone of project cost accuracy and purchasing. You will provide accurate, comprehensive cost estimations and quantity take-offs for residential building projects.

You will need to display;

Tech-Savvy Aptitude

We are ideally seeking a person who has;

n

n
Demonstrated experience as a Residential or Commercial Estimator.
n
A trade background (e.g. carpentry) with a genuine desire to move into an off ice-based role.
n
A background with a construction supplier or building material manufacturer.
n
Draftsperson or similar experience with understanding of building plans, construction processes and procurement practices.
n

n

Must be local to Shepparton, or willing to relcoate.
