Job Description

GHD is seeking a highly cooperative HR Process Workflow Specialist to join the People Operations team. You will drive optimization, governance, and automation of HR workflows, identifying bottlenecks and re-engineering them into productive, system-led processes within Oracle Cloud HCM.

Working with colleagues, clients and partners, you will map complex business rules into accurate configurations, establish governance for changes, lead testing and support adoption and training across the business.
