Technical product Owner - Customer, Digital and Marketing
We are looking for an experiencedTechnical Product Ownerto take ownership of a portfolio of customer, digital and marketing systems.
There is a transformation ahead so we this will include review current systems and set up roadmap for future state.
This role sits betweenbusiness, product and technology.
You will understand customer journeys and business requirements, while having the technical knowledge to understand the systems, architecture and integrations that sit behind them.
The Role
Own and prioritise the roadmap across customer, digital and marketing systems
Work with stakeholders to understandcustomer journeysand translate business needs into technology outcomes
Have exposure tomarketing technologyand customer-facing digital platforms
Understandsystem architecture, integrations, APIs and data flows
Work closely with architects, engineers, developers and technology vendors




Understand how changes to one platform impact the broader technology ecosystem
Balance immediate business requirements with longer-term technology needs
Ideally, you will come from atechnical backgroundbefore moving into Product Ownership or a similar role.
You will have:
Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner or similar
Strongsystem architecture knowledge
Exposure tomarketing technology
A strong understanding ofcustomer journeys
Experience across customer and digital platforms
Knowledge of APIs, integrations and data flows
The ability to work comfortably with both business stakeholders and technical teams
