WesTrac seeks a Parts Interpreter at our Kalgoorlie, WA branch to handle customer orders for Caterpillar parts and inquiries via phone, email and walk-ins.
The role emphasizes accuracy, timely processing, and a robust customer-service mindset.
You will source partslocally/internationally,support Workshop and Field Service teams, and maintain high-quality communication to avoid delays and ensure customer loyalty.
This is a full-time, site-based position.
