All Abode & Co is a growing short-stay accommodation & property services business. We manage quality Airbnb and short-stay properties, and also have a large number of residential and commercial clients that we service on a weekly and fortnightly basis in the Capricorn Coast Region.

About the role
n
You will be responsible for cleaning and preparing short-stay accommodation properties between guests, ensuring each property is presented to the required All Abode & Co 5 Star standard.
n
Key responsibilities
n
General and detailed cleaning of short-stay properties
n
Changing and making beds to a high standard
n
Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and living areas
n
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising
n
Restocking guest supplies when required
n
Checking the property is guest-ready before leaving
n
Reporting any damage, maintenance issues or missing items
n
Completing cleans within the allocated timeframe
n
Following cleaning checklists, procedures and instructions
n
Working independently while maintaining consistent quality
n




About you
n
Previous professional cleaning experience (short-stay/Airbnb experience is highly regarded)
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Reliable and punctual
n
Physically fit and comfortable with the demands of cleaning work
n
Able to work independently without constant supervision
n
Take direction and follow procedures
n
High standards and take pride in work
n
Trustworthy and respectful of guests' homes and belongings
n
Reliable transport and a current driver's licence
n
Flexible with availability, particularly around weekends and busy periods
n
