An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded International commercial litigation practice on a permanent basis. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value matters alongside multiple respected partners across broad commercial disputes & class actions.

The successful candidate will work across a broad range of commercial litigation matters and key responsibilities will include:

n

Managing and running litigation matters with a high degree of autonomy
n
Providing strategic and commercially astute legal advice
n
Conducting legal research and preparing detailed written advice
n
Drafting court documents, correspondence and submissions
n
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
Assisting with business development initiatives and mentoring junior lawyers
n

The ideal candidate will have:

n

n




Approximately 4–7 years' PAE gained within a reputable commercial litigation practice
n
Experience across commercial disputes
n
Solid technical drafting and analytical skills
n
Excellent client management and communication abilities
n
A commercial mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team
n
The drive to progress their career within a leading practice
n
